If you are just starting, don’t have a good understanding of your body, or don’t know much about fitness in general, and need someone to help keep you accountable, then Novice would be best for you.
If you’re looking for a complete package of a training program, nutrition guidance, and working on your mindset, which can be used in all aspects of life, Apprentice would be best for you.
Yes, of course. If you’re a complete beginner, Novice would be the best option for you as you will get complete guidance where adjustments will be made for the duration of your commitment.
If budget is not an obstacle, and you also want guidance with your nutrition and mindset, which includes weekly coaching calls, then Apprentice would be your best option.
Absolutely. Dietary restrictions or preferences will be taken into consideration to make sure the training program is achievable for the individual. If you choose Apprentice, nutritional and mindset guidance will be devised to complement the training program.
My custom programs are designed specifically for you as an individual. They consider your training history, any past or current injuries, your availability, and the equipment you have access to. This information will be collected through a questionnaire. Additionally, I will request postural photos and details on specific movement patterns to ensure that the program is as personalized as possible, maximizing your progress and specificity.
Absolutely, the bespoke programs are tailored to each and every individual’s different circumstance so that you can progress in whatever condition you are in. If you have an existing injury, rehabilitation exercises can be included as part of the program.
The desired goal/s and your current level will determine the length of time. This requires patience and a high level of commitment. Subscribing for 2 months would give you a taste of progress, but for the best results, 6+ months of commitment would be recommended.
