I specialize in calisthenics, strength and conditioning, mobility, flexibility, and body transformation. 

Through the integration of these disciplines, I have developed a physique that prioritizes optimal performance while also achieving aesthetic appeal.

William'S Journey

For years, I dedicated myself to aesthetics, pushing my limits as a bodybuilder. After earning third place in a natural bodybuilding competition, I transformed my training to embrace calisthenics. I realized I wanted more than just an appealing physique; I desired a body that moved with intention and purpose.

I was born in Canberra, Australia, and spent 27 years in a small city before embracing change and moving to Melbourne. Six years later, I took a leap of faith and relocated to Bali, choosing to trade security for a life filled with vibrant chaos and meaningful experiences.

How do I know what is the best tier for me?

If you have a good understanding of general movement patterns, as well as awareness of your body, and can keep yourself accountable, Seasoned would be best for you.

If you are just starting, don’t have a good understanding of your body, or don’t know much about fitness in general, and need someone to help keep you accountable, then Novice would be best for you.

If you’re looking for a complete package of a training program, nutrition guidance, and working on your mindset, which can be used in all aspects of life, Apprentice would be best for you.

Can I sign up if I am a complete beginner?

Yes, of course. If you’re a complete beginner, Novice would be the best option for you as you will get complete guidance where adjustments will be made for the duration of your commitment.

If budget is not an obstacle, and you also want guidance with your nutrition and mindset, which includes weekly coaching calls, then Apprentice would be your best option.

Can William's bespoke online fitness program be adapted to my specific dietary restrictions or preferences?

Absolutely. Dietary restrictions or preferences will be taken into consideration to make sure the training program is achievable for the individual. If you choose Apprentice, nutritional and mindset guidance will be devised to complement the training program.

How does William’s bespoke online fitness program differ from generic fitness plans?

My custom programs are designed specifically for you as an individual. They consider your training history, any past or current injuries, your availability, and the equipment you have access to. This information will be collected through a questionnaire. Additionally, I will request postural photos and details on specific movement patterns to ensure that the program is as personalized as possible, maximizing your progress and specificity.

Can the bespoke online fitness program be modified if I have an injury or medical condition?

Absolutely, the bespoke programs are tailored to each and every individual’s different circumstance so that you can progress in whatever condition you are in. If you have an existing injury, rehabilitation exercises can be included as part of the program.

How many months of commitment would give me the best results?

The desired goal/s and your current level will determine the length of time. This requires patience and a high level of commitment. Subscribing for 2 months would give you a taste of progress, but for the best results, 6+ months of commitment would be recommended.

Why is full payment required in advance?

The straightforward answer is commitment. I take pride in working closely with my clients and paying close attention to detail. It is only through dedication that you will see results and truly appreciate the process.
