I began my movement journey at the age of 15, playing basketball and cricket during my teenage years. At 19, I started lifting weights and, by the age of 24, I competed in a bodybuilding competition where I placed third. These experiences boosted my confidence and made me realize that my body could do more, leading me to explore new possibilities.
Fast forward to today, I have achieved movements that the average person might consider “impossible.”
How did I get here? After my competition, aesthetics was no longer my primary goal. I transitioned my training towards calisthenics because I wanted to become more functional. Seven years later, I moved to Bali, where I was inspired by movers and athletes from various modalities and perspectives. This exposure helped shape my personal training style, which now combines calisthenics, traditional weightlifting, mobility, flexibility, and play.
