My journey has included struggles and injuries that have profoundly shaped my training philosophy. I now apply a cyclical method to address limitations and uncover new movements.

I’ve competed in a natural bodybuilding competition, achieved a 20-minute alternate arm hang, and performed a 105 kg deep dip, alongside other unconventional movements.
