William was born in Canberra, Australia. He resided there for 27 years before he moved to Melbourne for a change of scenery. After 6 years in Melbourne he moved to Bali.

William takes pride in helping others through their journey in life, whether it be through their fitness goals, the way they eat, or the way they perceive themselves and the world around them. He is committed to his clients and is there to support them where needed. His goal is to give his clients the tools and knowledge to eventually be able to self-sufficiently lead the life they want.

Once completed, William will get in contact with you to hash out any further details where you will also be given a list of movement patterns/postures to film/photo for further review.

If you have a good understanding of general movement patterns, as well as awareness of your body, and can keep yourself accountable, Seasoned would be best for you. 


If you are just starting, don’t have a good understanding of your body, or don’t know much about fitness in general, and need someone to help keep you accountable, then Novice would be best for you. 


If you’re looking for a complete package of a training program, nutrition guidance, and working on your mindset, which can be used in all aspects of life, Apprentice would be best for you.

Can I sign up if I am a complete beginner?

Yes, of course. If you’re a complete beginner, Novice would be the best option for you as you will get complete guidance where adjustments will be made for the duration of your commitment.


If budget is not an obstacle, and you also want guidance with your nutrition and mindset, which includes weekly coaching calls, then Apprentice would be your best option.

Can William's bespoke online fitness program be adapted to my specific dietary restrictions or

preferences?

Absolutely. Dietary restrictions or preferences will be taken into consideration to make sure the training program is achievable for the individual. If you choose Apprentice, nutritional and mindset guidance will be devised to complement the training program.

How does William’s bespoke online fitness program differ from generic fitness plans?

William’s bespoke programs are 100% catered towards the individual. This takes into account their training history, past and current injuries, availability, and equipment access. All this information will be obtained in the questionnaire. Postural photos and specific movement patterns will also be requested to keep the program as personal as possible to maximize progress and specificity.

Can the bespoke online fitness program be modified if I have an injury or medical condition?

Absolutely, the bespoke programs are tailored to each and every individual’s different circumstance so that you can progress in whatever condition you are in. If you have an existing injury, rehabilitation exercises can be included as part of the program.

How many months of commitment would give me the best results?

The desired goal/s and your current level will determine the length of time. This requires patience and a high level of commitment. Subscribing for 2 months would give you a taste of progress, but for the best results, 6+ months of commitment would be recommended.
